What are the Doctors’ credentials?

Providing dental care for over 30 years, Dr. George Rioseco brings a unique combination of leading edge dentistry and family-friendly appeal. Dr. George Rioseco is past president of NYS Academy of General Dentistry. For many years he was an associate attending dentist of the Westchester County Medical Center Residency Program and clinical assistant professor at New York Medical College. Dr. George is a fellow Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Robert Rioseco, a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine and Dentistry, completed his residency training at Westchester County Medical Center/ New York Medical College.  Dr. Robert has done extensive advanced training at the NYU Center for Esthetic Dentistry. What does it cost?

Each case is unique. On your first visit, we will provide you with and in-depth analysis of the status of your oral health. We listen very carefully to your goals. Finally, we prepare a treatment plan and budget.

Do you accept Insurance?

Yes, but not all procedures are covered.  You must check with your policy. All insurance is filed electronically by our insurance specialist.

We accept cash, checks and all national credit cards.

There are also several different payment plans that are available to our clients. Payments can be stretched out up to 5 years with no interest the first year.

Does Dr. Rioseco treat children?

Dr. Rioseco treats children with the same kind of care he puts into creating   beautiful esthetic dentistry.  We start treatinng children at around age three.   Dr. Rioseco has two school age children, and has been treating children   for almost twenty years.  Along with Dr. George Rioseco, the Center for Cosmetic   Dentistry/Rioseco Family Dentistry, we have been treating multi generational   families for over 40 years. 
 
From routine check-ups and cleanings to   tooth colored fillings and treatment of more complicated cases, Dr. Rioseco will   keep all of your family care under one roof.

Dr. Rioseco has included a new glass enclosed operating theater in the design of   our new facility.  Parents can watch their child’s treatment from the reception   room and kids feel reassured that Mom or Dad is nearby during their treatment.

What are porcelain veneers?

Porcelain veneers are ultra-thin shells of ceramic material which are bonded to teeth.

Is there pain involved?

Local anesthesia is enough to cover any discomfort that you may feel.

How many visits does it take to do a veneer?

Usually, just two visits.

Will I have something while veneers are being made?

Temporaries that approximate the final result are constructed at time of treatment.

How strong are they?

Once bonded, veneers are very strong. You should avoid things that tend to twist the laminate. e.g. opening pistachio nuts, chewing bones - common sense should prevail.
