Dr. Martin Healy has been providing advanced, patient-focused dental care to the West Harrison and White Plains communities for more than 40 years. With extensive experience in both cosmetic dentistry and implant services, he is committed to delivering innovative treatments and long-lasting results.
Education and Experience
Dr. Healy was born, raised, and educated in Yonkers, New York. He graduated from Saint Eugene’s Grammar School and Roosevelt High School. Dr. Healy then earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
From 1967 to 1969, Dr. Healy served in the United States Army as a combat infantryman. During this time, he contributed to the development and testing of body armor. Following his honorable discharge, he worked at the Boyce Thompson Institute for Plant Research, where he was involved in the study of biodegradable herbicides.
After graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry, Dr. Healy completed his residency at Hackensack Medical Center, where he first received formal training in implant dentistry. After entering private practice in 1976, he developed a strong focus on dental implants.
To stay at the forefront of dental advancements, he later completed a mini-residency at Brookdale Hospital and the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry.
